Shipping

All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. The shipping cost displayed at checkout does not include any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on the shipment, all of which are the customer’s responsibility. AR Jewelry is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on shipments.

All orders are subject to production times before they ship. Each piece is estimated to ship within the shipping time specified on its product page, and they are measured from the next business day after an order is placed.  Please note that certain pieces may have different shipping time. We carry both made to order and in stock items. Made to order pieces ship within approximately 6 to 8 weeks of purchase. In stock pieces ship within approximately 1-3 business days of purchase. While we aim to ship your order within the stated time on the product page, the actual time to ship your order may be longer or shorter depending on production capabilities and other conditions. If you wish to check on the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at adi.rosenblatt.jewelry@gmail.com.

If you place a single order for multiple pieces with different ship windows, your order will ship when the entire order is complete and ready for shipment, typically within the latest estimated shipping time of all items in your order.

 

Returns

All sales are final. If you have any questions about any piece before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at adi.rosenblatt.jewelry@gmail.com. We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have.

In you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email adi.rosenblatt.jewelry@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Israel, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
